"Above all things, guard your heart with vigilance,
for from it flow the springs of life."
Solomon, King of Israel
Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. John the Apostle |
A river runs freely when no obstacles block the flow.
There are many kinds of obstacles we deal with on a daily basis. Some just irritate us like little sand pebbles - a few here and there is no big deal. Others have much more traumatic and limiting effects like fallen trees or large boulders that can hinder us for years. Our task is simply to identify and remove them (sometimes with help and heavenly power), and let the river flow as always intended. That's how we can begin to know the joys and victories in life that God wants for us. As an example, one of the blockages can be a simple lack of appreciation for our daily blessings, also known as ingratitude. If we can get this one boulder out of the way, pastors, doctors, and scientists have all recognized how thankfulness can profoundly enrich our life. |
Heaven's Tree is primarily a ministry project that will eventually be supported through Amazon commissions for any purchases referred from this site. The main purpose of Heaven's Tree is not to make money and never will be. But in order to put the time and expense into the site that's required for maintenance and expansion, we feel these commissions will not interfere with our primary goals to benefit others in the most effective ways possible.
